1. Copyright or intellectual property infringement, misappropriation, or violation

2. Defamation, libel, slander

3. Violation of performance rights, publicity rights, or privacy rights

4. Violations of applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction

5. Any actions by third parties or governmental entities arising from User content,

regardless of whether such actions are civil, criminal, administrative, or otherwise

1. This obligation applies regardless of whether the content is derived from legal or illegal sources, and regardless of whether the User had authorization or permission to use, display, or distribute such content.

2. Immunity and Limitation of Liability The Platforms expressly disclaim any liability and shall have full immunity from any and all Claims arising out of user-generated content, pursuant to Section 230 of the U.S. Communications Decency Act and relevant state, federal, or international laws, to the fullest extent permitted. The Platforms are not responsible for any content provided, uploaded, modified, or distributed by Users, and do not warrant the legality, safety, accuracy, or appropriateness of any such content. Users acknowledge that the Platforms act solely as a passive conduit and hosting provider for the distribution of user-generated content.

3. No Duty to Monitor; Removal Rights The Platforms assume no duty to review, monitor, pre-screen, or moderate User content, but reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove, suspend, or disable access to any content at any time and for any reason, without liability.

4. Universal and Territorial Scope This clause shall be enforceable and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Arizona, the laws of all 50 U.S. states, and the laws of any country or territory where internet and streaming services are accessible. In the event of conflict of law, the provisions that most strongly protect the Platforms from liability for user conduct and content shall apply.

5. No Waiver of Immunity No act or omission by the Platforms shall be deemed a waiver of any immunity or protection conferred by this agreement or applicable law.
